Audio-Theatre Series

Episode: "Make a Stir‑Fry with Bisi" by Blessing Odukoya
Project Overview
Hear Myself Think is a participatory audio-theatre series that guides listeners through simple everyday activities—like cooking or walking—while hearing stories from lived-experience characters. Each episode is intentionally structured to create space for mental health reflection and emotional connection. Developed in collaboration with mental health advisors and support organizations, the series offers bite-sized, therapeutic engagement with one character per episode.
Season 2, launched in November 2022, centers the perspectives of Black, disabled, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent communities—voices often excluded from mainstream mental wellbeing narratives.
